TEACHER'S DAY CELEBRATION

 

Teacher's Day is celebrated on September 5th every year in honor of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who was a renowned philosopher and the second President of India. He was also a respected teacher and believed in the power of education to transform society.


On this day, students across our country show their appreciation for their teachers by organizing various activities and events. Schools and colleges often hold special assemblies, concerts, and cultural programs to celebrate the occasion. Some students also prepare cards, flowers, or gifts for their teachers to express their gratitude.




Teachers are the backbone of the education system, and this day provides an opportunity to recognize and appreciate their hard work, dedication, and contributions to society. It is a time to reflect on the important role teachers play in shaping the future of the country and to show our gratitude for all they do.
