YOGA SESSION

 In our school yoga session was conducted on 14th october for students.Yoga can be a great way for students to stay physically and mentally healthy, and to manage stress and anxiety. yoga is an important practice for students that can help them improve their physical and mental health, focus and concentration, and self-awareness.

Warm up exercises were taken and all the students performed sitting and standing asanas, importance of these were explained simultaneously. 


The Session was concluded the speech by our Physical education teacher. 
He encouraged students to practice regular yoga to remain fit and improve concentration.
By incorporating yoga into their daily routine, students can develop skills and habits that can serve them well throughout their lives.
